Fogs Folly Pty Ltd (ABN 50 090 600 472) trading as Lake's Folly (“Lake's Folly”) collects information from our customers and users on our website and via other direct communication, including mail-outs. Lake's Folly is the sole owner of the information collected on this website. We will not supply this information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement.
When you visit our website, our Internet Service Provider makes a record of your visit and logs the following information for statistical purposes:
• your server address
• your top level domain name
• the date and time of your visit to the site
• the pages you accessed and documents downloaded
• the previous site you have visited
• the type of browser you are using.
Lake's Folly will not make an attempt to identify users or their browsing activities. However, in the unlikely event of an investigation, a law enforcement agency or other government agency may exercise its legal authority to inspect our Internet Service Provider’s logs.
If a user wishes to join our mailing list, we ask for contact information such as name, postal address, contact numbers and email address. These details will only be used by Lake's Folly for the purpose of providing the information or services which the user has expressed an interest in or for the purpose of forwarding news updates or new release information.
Our order form requests the information we need to properly process an order. Here a user must provide contact information (like name and shipping address) and financial information (such as credit card details). This information is used for billing purposes and to fill a customer’s order. If we have trouble processing an order, this contact information is used to get in touch with the user. We may also request information as to where deliveries should be left in the event that the customer is not at the address at the time of delivery.
A cookie is a piece of data stored on the user’s hard drive containing information about the user. Specific cookies are used in the ordering section of this website; however, our web server may implement the usage of additional cookies (we have no access or control over these cookies). Usage of a cookie is in no way linked to any personally identifiable information while on the Lake's Folly website other than the website statistics generated from the web logs as outlined above.
Lake's Folly may use IP addresses to analyse trends, administer the site, track users’ movements and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable information.
This website contains links to other sites. External links are included for the convenience of users and do not constitute an endorsement by Lake's Folly of the sites linked or referred to. Lake's Folly does not expressly authorise links to its web pages on other third party websites and reserves the right to request that unsuitable links are removed.

Lake's Folly is part of the Fogarty Wine Group which also owns Millbrook Winery in the Perth Hills of Western Australia and Deep Woods Estate in Margaret River, Western Australia. Both sites for these wineries are accessible via links on the Lake's Folly website. Any orders for wine or enquiries to either of Millbrook or Deep Woods should be via either of their respective websites.
Updating your Personal Information
If a user’s personally identifiable information changes (such as postal address), or if a user no longer desires our services, we have provided on our “Mailing List” page, a method to update or remove that user’s personal data provided to us.
